Guelph, Ontario
Designed for Community Living Guelph Wellington this new building will serve as a home for adults with intellectual disabilities. The top two floors of the building contain one and two bedroom self contained apartments. The ground floor houses residents who require additional care. Common dining and living areas are provided. Units each contain four bedrooms, two washrooms, and their own living room. This new building replaces an existing residence on the site. Construction is designed to be completed in phases to minimize disruption to the existing residents by allowing them to remain housed on the property.
