University of Guelph Research Park Centre — Guelph, Ontario

The Research Park Centre is a 50,000 square foot muli-tenant facility in the University of Guelph's Research Park located on Stone Road.  The concept provided a two phase construction sequence of thirty and twenty thousand square feet.  The first phase included core area facilities such as services, elevator and interior delivery bay.  Flexibility of the sprinklered building structure enables mixed uses such as office, data processing and research laboratories.
