The Northfield Family Health was a design-build commission to create a multi-tenant structure on a unique triangular site on Northfield Drive in Waterloo.  The resulting 3 storey building was  honoured in December of 1991 by the City of Waterloo Site Plan Awards Program.  Through a compact building core design and attention to zoning criteria, the design achieved maximum potential of the leaseable space with a pleasing balance of building aesthetics and landscape treatment.
