This two storey structure was a design-build commission to create a multi-tenant building for the owner.  This 20,000 square foot structure completed in 1990 provides tenant space for the owner plus additional income space on the second floor.  Located on Southfield Drive in Guelph, the project was designed to meet the developmental guidelines of the Hanlon Business Park through comprehensive site planning, landscape treatment and a high quality building envelope.
